HUD announces financial flexibility for KY and WV residents

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced disaster aid financial flexibility for residents of Kentucky and West Virginia.

A 90-day moratorium was issued on foreclosures of mortgages insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), along with a 90-day extension granted automatically for Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, effective in each case as of the president's disaster declaration date.
