50% of 800 ATM users surveyed by Mentis Corp in Maryland said they would be willing to pay for services at the ATM such as statement printing, buying stamps, cashing checks, ordering checks, and getting account information.

A 1992 AccounTemps study showed that executives spend 4.3 hours a week looking for items that were mislabeled, misfiled, or misplaced.
