Background Checks and Privacy

Personnel security checks may be an important part of your privacy program. After all, the fulfillment of the privacy program is no better than the people who work at it. An "unsecure" employee may mean leaks in your privacy dikes. It's a good idea to know your employee ("KYE") as well as your customer.
