Since they do not finance small businesses/farms, I can not qualify it under that portion of the regulation; however, if the majority of the jobs created/maintained are in or close to LMI areas, could I qualify it under the 'revitalize and stabalize LMI areas' since secure employment would stabalize the LMI area?

We contributed a $50,000 investment to support a marketing and business support campaign that created 1500 new jobs in the region. I received the locations of where the new jobs were created and more than 1000 were in or very close to LMI areas which would stabalize that area by providing secure employment opportunities. I wanted to know if I could qualify it under the 'revitalize and stabalize LMI areas' portion of the reg.

I'd give it a try if you need the $. I'll try and spin anything if I think it's possible.

Exactly how did the campaign create 1500 new jobs? Who identified and linked the new jobs with the campaign? Were the jobs created in areas "targeted" by federal, state, local or tribal governments?
