12 CFR 328.3(f) Official advertising statement in non-English language.

If we are placing an ad in spanish, do we need prior written approval to translate Member FDIC to Miembros FDIC?

I would just do "Member FDIC" and be done, it's a logo, not a sentence.

Found it in an Advisory Opinion. Member FDIC can be translated to Miembro FDIC. However, I agree that it could just be Member FDIC as well.
