What are the advertising compliance requirements if in-lobby or digital signage is utilized? Are there any additional requirements as compared to newspapers, etc.?
What are you going to advertise on this? Reg DD provides exceptions for lobby rate boards as well as electronic advertisements. No other regulations provides any exemptions.
It would basically be a tool on which we would continually run our bank ads. We are looking at this in lieu of numerous newspaper advertisements. Are there exceptions to this type of advertising?
