Where can I find the flood insurance requirements for a commercial unit in a commercial condominium? I've heard rumblings that the maximum requirement is $500,000 for the building, not per unit, but I haven't found anything that confirms or contradicts that.

From the FEMA Flood Policy manual:

D. Nonresidential (Commercial) Condominium:
Building and Contents
Nonresidential (commercial) condominium
buildings and their commonly owned contents
may be insured in the name of the Association
under the General Property Form. The
"Nonresidential" limits apply.
