If we 100% participate a loan (participant funds the deal at loan origination time) and our bank services the loan do I need to include it in my CRA totals as I am only servicing the loan.loan

Is it small business qualified? Most participations are over $1MM.
Unless you're talking about a CDL???

it is small business qualified. Loan documents will be between us and the borrower; however, the participant will fund the deal and we will only be servicing the loan
