Is there any informationt that is requried to be disclosed when advertising for Board of Director's nominations? It will be in our newsletter that goes out to members.

Denise, As another CU employee, I don't think you have to advertise. That is up to your nominating committee to choose, and of course you can have nominations from the floor at the meeting.

Of course, you could advertise the positions you have availiable and if anyone is interested, have them contact someone from the Nominating comm.
