How much of the information in the FFIEC HDMA Disclosure Statement must be included in our Public file?
Can we just include all of the Disclosure tables for our bank or do we need to include all of the Aggregate tables for our MSAs? The regulation sounds like we only need to include disclosures under our bank and respondent ID.

Recently FFIEC sent out a notice that said we need to go back and change some of the tables from prior years which makes me wonder if we have to include the aggregate tables in the public file. The aggregates take up so much room! If we don't need them I would prefer not to make copies.

You only need the disclosure statements for you bank.
