There is a section on our flood determination for the borrower and lender to sign.

Are signatures required by either the borrower or lender on the actual flood determination form?

We have been having the borrower's sign the form, just because there's a place for it, but one of the forms from a recent closing is missing a signature from the borrower (property is not in a flood zone). The lender is having trouble getting a hold of the borrower and I am not sure he really even needs to spend anymore time on it.

If the property is not in a flood zone, no signatures are required.
