I am reviewing possible softwares to use for budgeting and asset liability management for a small community bank and I am looking for suggestions on economical software packages to use.

One thing to keep in mind is that no package provides everything. Profitstar software provides excellent budgeting capability and decent AL capability. We also use Risk Analytics for AL, which provides more robust modeling of the bond portfolio but is not detailed enough for budgeting at the GL account level. My bank is over $500MM.
