Ok, I swear MN has a law similar to the new Reg Z rule on the prohibition of pyramiding late fees. However, I can't find it anywhere, so I'm wondering if maybe I'm wrong. Does anyone else know of such a prohibition in MN and if so, which statute is it?

Thanks!

I can't find. Of course I can't find a statute specifically addressing the right of the bank to charge a late charge. You might want to review Regulation AA also.

Well, I know the statute that states the amount you can charge is at ยง47.59 Subd. 6(a)(4), but it doesn't mention anything about pyramiding.

It was probably Reg AA I was thinking of - thanks Randy!
