Our bank will be introducing an Internet Banking Site in the very near future. This site will provide our customers with the ability to review transactions and sent e-mail inquiries to the bank. We will not be accepting any new deposit account activity or loan applications via this e-mail link or via the internet site.
My question, should we provide any disclosure or notice on our e-mail page advising the inquirer that the e-mail is for inquiries only. Appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Yes you should. Otherwise, you will spend a lot of time responding to queries with, "that is not avaialable online...". I know this.

Even with a clear and conspicuous disclosure you will get some of these, but you will have limited them. That makes customer service better for you and the customer.
