We use the sample Annual Security Report to The Board of Directors which was provided by Profit Protection, Inc.. If you or someone in your bank attends security seminars usually sponsored by the state's banking association, then you should be able to call Profit Protection at 954-327-1223. The last seminar I attended was in April 2000 which was sponsored by NJ Bankers Association.

My other suggestion is on this site to search under the BPA (Bank Protection Act).
I know I have read the report online too but don't remember where.
