What issues are we looking at if our product brochures have the old FDIC logo on them?

Probably none, but when you print more - be sure to update to the new one.

And when you do....you might consider getting rid of the logo all together and just state "Member FDIC".

It's so much easier and you can read it whereas it's hard to see the little print on the official logo and if used, should be readable.

I agree...the use of "Member FDIC" can help you avoid a number of issues. I've seen banks written up by examiners because the FDIC logo wasn't as legible as they thought it should be. Just not worth it when "Member FDIC" will suffice.
