Kansas: We have an account titled: John Smith as Owner and Jane Smith and Bill Smith as PODs. John Smith dies and then Jane Smith dies. Do all the funds in the account go to Bill Smith or does he only get half and Jane Smith's Estate get half under Kansas law?

You should check Kansas' Probate Code to see if the Multiple Party Accounts Law has been adopted.
The Multiple Party Accounts Law provides that a POD beneficiary must survive the account holder in order to receive any part of the funds remaining on deposit at the time of the account holder's death. If the POD beneficiary survives the account holder but dies before receiving his/her share then their estate (or heirs) receive their share.
You need to check Kansas law to see if Kansas has a different result.
