We are looking into what is available to help us with CRM and MCIF software. We are a small shop about $90 million is assets. I am looking for the names of companies that offer help in this area.

Thanks.

I would suggest contacting: Brian Simpson, VP Sales, PCi Services, 800-261-3111 X3079. They are good and not too high priced. Good luck.

We looked at several companies and settled on IPS Sendero. We also looked at Profitstar, Hart-Hanks, Crowe-Chizek. IPS sendero is more of customer profitability then CRM. If you want to look at CRM product, on the low end is ACT! or you could also look at Goldmine, I know of several banks in the area that use it.

There has been years of discussion about CRM/MCIF- and a lot of confusion too. My company has put together a white paper that deals with the real issues about CRM- as in it is not a technology only issue. Well worth reading. If anyone is interested send me an email and I'll email you a copy.

Check out the White Paper CEB is offering. Make sure you understand how an MCIF program will work on your system.

The product is tested and used by a number of financial institutions.

Well done Michelle. That annoyed me as well, especially since I am knee deep this week in a MCIF/CRM company demo'ing and pitching their product (which will go unnamed!) all week long.
