If anyone has any general advice for a newbie to loan operations (i.e., top ten things to consider from the start, etc.), I'm all ears and would appreciate the tips.
Learn as much as you can about applications. Read the definition of application (and it's commentary). Read ยง202.7(d) (and it's commentary) about requiring signatures and joint intent. Talk to loan officers about how applications are processed. Talk to loan operations personnel about the same.
