I have been promoted as our banks CSR trainer. I need to come up with questions for the trainee to answer with regard to the training. I am a little stuck as to what questions to ask and find out how well the training was from the trainee point of view. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Send the review to employees after they have been in their position for a week or two. Ask the standard 'how did it go' questions and then ask if there are any discrepancies in what they were trained and how it is performed at the branch. Also ask if there is anything they wished they had been introduced to in training because they were not prepared to handle it at the branch.
Also be sure to ask the CSR supervisors for their input. They will know the actual performance results. It helps to call the supervisors directly so you get immediate answers. It's very easy to ignore or forget an email. Ask specific questions based on your training objectives.
