One of our lenders wants to put on an educational class with other lenders in the area. It will address credit scores, pre approvals, Tax credits, how to start planning for a home loan, what you need to do to qualify for a loan. Other than equally sharing all costs and not discussing specific rates and terms in the room, are there other concerns I should have?

Why are you sharing the spotlight with other lenders? Why not hold the class yourself and take all the credit?
