I am not sure this is the right place to ask this question.
What annual goal for the bank do you recommend. We are a large bank. Total Community Service hours – we have 800 penciled in but absolutely no grasp of its applicability to our bank. Give me direction. Should we have different goals for CRA than for Community Service?

How does this compare to previous years and your competition in your MSAs?

Sixx like Pale says, compare your performance to years past and pull the PE's of other similar banks in your area and see how many hours they are logging for service.

There's little guidance on how much service time we should have so the only place to go is to compare to your peers.
