our city was named a msa effective for 2009. so far our cra free software does not recognize we are a msa. the ffiec cra site says the latest software is 2009 Data Entry V. 2009 and thats it - I assume that the absence of a release number after the "V. 2009." means we are still on version 1 and i must be patient.
