We have several currency dealers that have registered as MSBs who are now claiming their CPAs have advised them they are not MSBs. Any one having similar experiences?

That's the first I've heard of that. Did they say why their CPAs are making that assertion?

We do have a couple of coin dealers that don't qualify as MSBs because they sell coins to collectors. However, our actual currency exchangers are all registered MSBs with AML programs in place.
