If you drive west on I-40 from OKC, you'll hit the Pacific before you get to Little Rock. Sorry, IR Kidding U a bit.

Go to Gooberville, once in a lifetime experience I tell ya. I say this because you'll only bother going there once. Thank gawd I will never ever have to go to Arkansas again! Sorry I'm not much help!

I don't know what it is about Arkansas but I always feel dirty when I go there. It's a beautiful state and very clean but I just always feel weird when I'm there.

I don't know what it is about Arkansas but I always feel dirty when I go there. ....I just always feel weird when I'm there. Was this after you were in the woods during a canoe trip and met up with some banjo drumming boys...

Thanks for any suggestions! You could visit the Bill Clinton Presidential Trailer on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock. Or, if you have more time, and less psychosis, drive north a bit and visit some of northern Arkansas' outstanding lakes. I'm sure anyone in that part of the state could recommend their favorite - there are several.

The lakes north of I-40 are beautiful. I like Beaver Lake. Eureka Springs and Hot Springs are both close, depending on how much time you have. There are many things to see and do in both towns. There are parks, trails, museums, etc.
