Since there is no specific requirements for the length retention of OFAC records regarding checks on customers on new accounts and exisiting customers and specific transactions. I am interested in how long you retain OFAC records for searchs.

We retain OFAC records regarding checks on customer on new accounts, existing customers and specific transactions for year end of last FDIC Exam.
