It appears that our software vendor will give us the capability of letting customers do two distinct opt-in/opt-outs - one for ATM transactions and one for POS. Any other banks intending to give customers this choice? Any suggestions on how to adapt the model form to provide for this functionality?

We decide the opt-in election would be for both ATM & one-time POSs or neither - not separate Opt-Ins.
