You would have to compare it with examples of community development loans - for example, getting credit for investment properties - apartment buildings and the like - that provide housing for low to moderate income individuals.

What kind of "credit" do you have in mind? - loans to LMI borrowers, loans in LMI tracts, affordable housing, etc.
