Ref: new final rule issued today. We do not currently offer higher education loans to low-income individuals. Did a long time ago.
As I read the Reg one program that was initially referenced is, in fact, no longer a viable choice.

Does anyone have any info (Links, etc) to government sponsored educ. loan programs that are still avail? thanks!
