Not enough college football threads going for my taste. Upset picks for this week:

Iowa State over Utah
Colorado over Missouri
North Carolina over Clemson
Baylor over Texas Tech (not sure if that's an upset, but it will be to some people)
Texas A&M over Arkansas (Kyle Field a seriously tough place to play...would be a different story if at Fayetteville)
Michigan State over Michigan (think the team that actually plays some defense gets the win)

Even if MSU plays with some defense, I don't think they'll do enough to keep Robinson contained. At least.. I hope that's the case. He made me 53 points this weekend in fantasy football.

Hopefully i don't have to be right on all of those to get some credit....i only listed upsets, not games where i picked the chalk to win (boring). A couple of those would qualify as major upsets.

I can see ISU over Utah, but doubt it.
I can also see CU over MO, as I believe MO is overrated.
NC over Clem is also possible.
BU & TX Tech could go either way, but since they're in Lubbock, I'd bet on Tech.

However, A&M over Ark??? I sincerely doubt it, as they're not playing in Fayetteville, Little Rock or College Station. They're playing in Arlington at JerryWorld (AKA Cowboy Stadium since JJ couldn't get a corporate sponsor to pay such a huge fee just to put their name on the building).

Also, MI St has to go to the big house, so I don't see it happenin' for Sparty. Although, that IS why they play the game (just ask Appalachian St).

I don't think Michigan State of Michigan is an upset at all and its probable based on the fact that Michigan seems to have no defense.

Kansas State over Nebraska. Nebraska is a great road team but cannot stop the run. Kansas State cannot stop the run either but will load the box.

I realized this yesterday after i got home. I got the schedule from espn. com and it showed it as "at" Texas A&M. My bad. I'll stick with A&M, but with a little less confidence.

It's not an upset, State is ranked higher than us. I just wish they'd fire the defensive coordinator already. Our defense has been beyond awful.

Here's hoping that Robinson explodes against the evil Spartans and scores enough to beat them. Lord knows we won't be able to stop them from scoring.

In other games, I would like to see Indiana give Ohio State a run for their money. Same with South Carolina and Alabama. I do think both teams (OSU and Bama) are beatable. I don't think either will lose on Saturday, but I think it will be closer than people think.

Actually, Michigan is a 4.5 point favorite....so Michigan State IS the underdog.

I think WI should simply get rid of its football program.

I'll take Iowa over Penn State...oh shoot...that already happened? Huh.....I think I'll go with K State over Nebraska. I doubt it will happen, but that is what I'll be cheering for.

Fraud since you have noted your disdain for Nebraska in the past I will tell you K State will beat Nebraska. The problem is that they look like the only team capable of running on Nebraska this year. I think Nebraska wins the North and the Big XII because OU (like last year) will be unable to pass on a Pelini defense.

NU's pass defense is simply rediculous this year. Just ask Jake Locker.

I think you guys are giving K-State too much credit.

Nebraska is going to have to get their act together from two weeks ago if they want this game.

I also found out that the BU/Tech game will be at the Cotton Bowl here in Dallas, so all bets are off.

Hey, I don't think K State is that good of a team. I think that they match up well with Nebraska's weaknesses.
