The model form is a standardized form, including page layout, content, format, style, pagination, and
shading. Institutions seeking to obtain the safe harbor through use of the model form may modify it only
as described in these Instructions.

Our platform vendor for printing disclosures is somewhat limited in their ability to accomodate shading. The form we have provided to them to print for the new privacy notice is coming out solid black and white. I am concerned that this may cause us to lose the safe harbor of the new form. I know this is very technical, but I'm just having difficulty weighing the risks.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
