Can anyone tell me what I exactly I need to look for relating to the following question.

Is there a disclosure on the use of the bank's website? May be listed as legal notice.

Whether you need a "disclosure" depends on the nature of your site. Is it informational only or is it interactive? There's a certain level of mouseprint and disclosures that go along with advertising bank products and services, and just because we're a bank (such as Member FDIC). Most sites also have a privacy notice that explains encryption, cookies and what information may be obtained and retained by the bank while accessing the site.

These are the disclosures that we currently display on our site: Privacy, Security, Member FDIC logo, equal housing logo, Transaction Account Guarnatee Program disclosure, Luxury Ependiture Policy. We also display pop-up alerts( leaving bank site) associated with links to other sites. We do not currently display any enhanced terms and conditions disclosure. We do offer Internet Banking via our website, so I'm thinking we need the terms and conditions disclosure.

Why don't you surf through some competitors websites? I suspect you could put together some Terms & Conditions pretty quickly. Don't forget to protect any copyrights and trademarks.
