Upon receipt of a payoff on a refinance, the payoff is lower than anticipated. Everything is in tolerance except the Charges that cannot change (because the doc stamps and intangible taxes are lower).

Do we have to re-disclose?

If they are lower, there is no tolerance violation so why bother?
