Good Morning,

The Notice was sent 06/07/2010 and expiration date is 08/07/2010, customer delivery the documents before the due date. The processor verifies the same, and tells the client to update them after the expiration date of the NOIA.Desicion of the case,incomplete application.

[b]I have a question, if the client delivered the documents requested within the period specified in the NOIA., apply a denial or remains as Incomplete Application.

If they delivered the requested documents, how can you still have an incomplete application?
