Would customer letters complaining of the closing of a branch be CRA File worthy? They do not necessarily complain of the lack of services or credit needs, mainly the inconvenience or concern for the staff.
Unless those comment letters specifically relate to the bank's performance in helping to meet community credit needs, inclusion would not be required in the public file.
