I know that the CRA Officer should be updating the file to include the financial stats as of the end of the prior year. However, are there any formal reports that he/she needs to file with any regulatory agencies? Or is it just keeping the public file up-to-date?

Keep public file up to date and do annual submission of small business/small farm by March 1 if your bank is required to file or voluntarily files.
