My institution is in the process of identifying a commercial loan underwriting, tickler, and general management software/product system for purchase. Our goal with the product is to expedite the commercial loan underwriting process by warehousing financial data in one common place (platform) and "asking" (my word) the system to generate a standardized (or custom) narrative for review at such times as loan requests are received. Another goal of ours for the new product is to track tickler items (e.g. financial information receipt, insurance, and UCC expirations).

We're aware of the following products out there and wondering if any of you have experience working with them. I'd really appreciate your opinions:

2. Baker Hill
3. Moody's Analytic
4. ECI Web Equity Manager
5. Credit Quest (Harland Product)

FYI, we've pretty-much eliminated the Moody's application from the equation as its offerings are beyond us. Nevertheless, I've included in the above list in case we're missing something.
