Are these reported with the small business loans for CRA reporting, and if so, are they coded as a 9(other) instead of a 1(SBL)? Does the GAI play into the decision? It's been too long since I was responsible for this and I want to be sure. I appreciate the help!

We don't collect information on loans over 1MM at all, unless they meet the definition of community development. smile
