Does the over/under $500 rule apply to CRA Reporting? If we have a loan for 133,200 how do I report that?

From the 2010 Specs:

Rounded to the nearest thousand with leading
zeros and without commas {e.g., $25,100
would be reported as 25} or NA left-justified
if loan amount is < $500.00
