For anyone that gets their on-us items in an image file (are there any left that don't), do you download them manually or automatically? Does your download software allow you to set it up to download at certain times or do you have to have someone click through the process? The automatic is an option that we are exploring since our electronic volume is picking up. Thank you for any input you can provide.

We do ours automatically. They are set to download at certain times during the day.

What software are you using? We are a Jack Henry bank using their check 21 manager and Tumbleweed Secure Transport.
