In PA - Is there a minimum time that a notice must go out, informing safe deposit box holders that their boxes will be moved to a new location? I seem to read 30 days but can't trace that back to any specific rule or regulation. Thanks.

It would depend on if you are actually moving the boxes or if the customers have to remove everything in the box. When we moved our branch, we contacted each box holder letting them know that they needed to remove the contents of their box. We also offered them a box for free for one year for their inconvenience. We started this three months prior to the move. This allowed us to send certified mail letters to the people that did not respond to the first letter. There were only two boxes that need to be drilled.
