We are putting together some reports for the CRA examiner. these are microdata reports which we don't have to do, as an ISB, but which we have provided in the past....we found the program and the description of the fileds, etc.

In reviewing the info inported from our Core system, loans that were booked in the year but that paid off months later, are not being picked up. I thought as long as we had a loan on our books for some time, lets say during 2009, that we could report it even though it had paid off the same year.
Please confirm. (I can't remember where I can find the response to this type of question). Thanks!

Yes, for CRA even short term loans are included.
