I realize beginning on May 1, we will be under a whole new set of rules concerning Garnishments on accounts. Please refresh my memory, as it has been a while since I have dealt with this topic. After holding the appropriate amount pertaining to a garnishment order, do we only submit funds upon the receipt of a "FINAL" court order, or.....do we remit funds on deposit (hold) upon the expiration date of the hold?...
