We use ChexSystems and they are not going to provide an Adverse Action Notice for Accounts that we do not open. Does anyone else use chexSystems and would be willing to share what Adverse Action you are using or going to be using come the 21st?

We use ChexSystems but we are not providing Adverse Action notices because we do not use a score for our determinations, just the information in the report.

A score or not, an adeverse action notice is required under the FCRA.

Since Chexsystems is not providing updated AAN, what will you use or anyone else for that matter?

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
We will use the same form that we use for our commercial loans when we run out of the preprinted ChexSystems' form. Its in our Loan system. You could put the same language in a word doc and have it printed out for your folks.

Our new accounts do not get the Qualfile section of the ChexSytems report. Therefore, the score is not used in the decision to open or deny. So there is no score to provide to the applicant.
