We have a CTR to file on an LLC--like a pop warner--there is no office or place of business. On our system we show a PO Box for the address. Does anyone know how we should be filling out box 7?

If the LLC is operated out of an owner's home, I would use that address.

I too would use the owner's home address is the LLC is operated out of the house.

Did you check your CIP information for the customer? It's required to have a physical address.
