When did the Service Memebers Civil Relief Act Notice that must be sent to customers 45 days before delinquency, when did this become required?

And when did the requirement for copy of checking the govt web site before foreclosure procedings occur?

I am trying to complete a Foreclosure management review and I cant seem to find this information in my files.

The 45-day notice is in the 2006 HUD letter (2006-28.) So it's been around a while.

Not sure about the gov't website on foreclosures - I don't think it's a requirement, though - more of a recommendation? I mean, you have to see if they're a covered servicemember, but I don't think the part about checking the website is mandatory.
