our bank may have inadvertently (of course) used an unlicensed broker. is there a link that can match the address of the broker in our files with the address of the broker in the state's files to make sure there is a true match.
I'm not certain this will assist you. But here's a link that will allow you to download an Excel spreadsheet listing of licensed mortgage lenders (non-banks) and brokers from the Division of Banks' Web site:
