Can anyone tell me if annual CRA training for staff and/or the board is required? We have always done annual training but I can't find anywhere where it says it is required (I've looked in the Compliance Exam Manual). Is this more or less "best practice" and not a requirement?

It is a best practice, not a requirement. It is not a bad idea given the struggles banks go through to get the data gathered and reported correctly.
