We have an "Affidavit in Compliance with Soldiers and Sailors Relief act, 50 U.S.C. 501". I'm not sure if this is still a valid form? Does anyone know if there is an updated SCRA Affidavit available?
I'm not familiar with this at all. What is it used for and when?

It is a notarized document that our document department is sending to closing but I think it may be something that the title company has required as proof not active in military? I'm not so sure it would be something that is required by either the lender or the title company. I'm unable to locate anything in the act that requires this? It may have been used previously under old soldiers & sailors act?
I am not familiar with it. Sounds like a bank/investor requirement.
