I think anon is upset that they didn't receive an answer to their question. IRAs are not garnishable but I don't have a code cite, so I didn't post an answer.

Actually, I was the original "Anon" that posted this back in February. It was just one of those times I didn't realize I wasn't logged in. But I wasn't the second Anon, so I'm not sure what he or she was getting at. If I was worried about not getting an answer I would've bumped it back up after I logged in. Glad I'm not the only one who couldn't find a cite for it!
